Last Stand Discord Bot  ·  Effective: 1 June 2025

1. What We Collect

• Server configuration — antinuke settings, NSFW toggle, role/channel snapshots you create with ?copy.
• Activity counters — message counts and last-active timestamps per user, used for leaderboards.
• OAuth2 tokens — stored encrypted in our database when you authenticate via Discord OAuth; used only to act on your behalf.

2. What We Do Not Collect

• Message content (the Bot reads commands but does not log or store message text).
• Voice audio.
• Private or DM message content.
• Passwords or payment information of any kind.

3. How We Use Data

Collected data is used exclusively to operate the Bot's features within your server. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

4. Data Retention

Configuration data is retained until you remove the Bot from your server or request deletion. Activity counters are retained unless you request removal.

5. Data Deletion

To request deletion of all data associated with your server or account, contact us via the official Last Stand Discord server. We will process your request within 7 days.

6. Security

Data is stored in a private PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway. Access is restricted to Bot operators only. All connections use TLS.

7. Third-Party Services

The Bot fetches content from public image boards (Danbooru, Gelbooru, Rule34, etc.) for NSFW features. No personal data is sent to these services.

8. Changes

We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of the Bot constitutes acceptance.
